The building will cover approximately 9,300 square metres (100,000 sq ft) of office space, with 156 basement car parking spaces.
The developer has already excavated the double level basement car park as part of the development of the adjacent Building H, the new home of Allied Irish Bank.
The building will feature employee facilities such as dedicated shower and bike storage as well as large terraces on the penthouse floor offering views across the Dublin Mountains.
