The private rented scheme (PRS) will be located along the River Irwell at the eastern entrance to Trafford Wharfside on the Manchester/Trafford border.
The scheme will deliver one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and is a few minutes away from Old Trafford Football Ground, the home of Manchester United.
Planning was approved by Trafford Borough Council for the client Cole Waterhouse (TW) Ltd with 5plus Architects designing the development.

No 1 Old Trafford, located next to Trafford Wharfside
No 1 Old Trafford will consist of two buildings – one 15 storeys, the other 18 storeys – which will be connected by a landscaped podium.
At present, the site of the development contains a brick storage and distribution warehouse.
5plus Architects believes the sustainable redevelopment of the site will deliver a new gateway marker, create new homes and improve the quality of the public realm around the site and the waterfront.
The ground floor of the development will contain a generous residential entrance, residential amenity spaces and other active uses to enliven the waterfront.
