The online estate agents compared new property supply across 100 major UK towns and cities in October and November.
More than two-thirds (67%) of UK towns and cities saw fewer new sellers listing their properties in November.

Bath – a city popular with homebuyers – saw new property listings fall by 50% on the October figure.
Watford saw 40% fewer new sellers advertising their properties in November.
In London, new sellers in November dropped by almost a third (30.3%) on October, and there wasn’t a single borough which saw an increase in supply in November, with Kingston upon Thames witnessing a 42.5% drop in new property listings.
