The housebuilder has delivered a mix of one-bedroom cottage flats and two-bedroom terrace homes to social housing providers Dunedin Canmore, part of the Wheatley Group.
The £23m development is close to completion, with 153 of the 202 homes now occupied.
The new homes are energy efficient and meet silver sustainability building standards.
Each home has a Current Cost smart energy meter installed to monitor usage.
Located close to Muirhouse Shopping Centre, the scheme is part of a wider regeneration to revitalise the Muirhouse and Pennywell region.

Tom Leggeat, partnership director at Springfield Properties Group, said: “Muirhouse is one of our larger affordable developments and it’s coming along really well.
“Together, with Dunedin Canmore, we’ve transformed the former BT training centre into a development with open spaces, scenic views and energy-efficient houses.”
Hazel Young, managing director at Dunedin Canmore, added: “This development features brilliant homes for social rent as well as attractive mid-market homes for people who are on a modest income.
“They are a great boost to the Muirhouse community and an excellent example of how we are tackling the shortage of energy-efficient, affordable homes in Edinburgh.
“I hope that the new tenants will be very happy in their new warm and secure homes.”
