Luxury developer launches North Midlands division

Harron Homes has announced the launch of its North Midlands division, which will oversee the region covering Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

The luxury property development company’s North Midlands division will be based in Barlborough near Chesterfield and as part of the launch, five operational Harron Homes developments in the region will be transferred into the new division’s remit, including Sandlands Park in Hucknall and Devonshire Garden in Crich.

This expansion forms part of Harron Homes’ strategy to place a greater emphasis on the North Midlands region.

The developer has plans to significantly invest in land acquisition across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire to secure a continuous and expanding pipeline of land for development.

The division will be headed up by regional managing director Ian Pendlebury (pictured top, second right), who transfers across from Harron Homes’ existing Yorkshire-based operation.

He will be supported by sales director designate Alison Taylor-Shaw (pictured top, right), along with a dozen new staff who have been recruited to form the North Midlands team.

Ian said: “The establishment of our North Midlands division is an exciting step forward for our business and demonstrates our commitment to growth and expansion in the region.

“The counties of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire boast some of the UK’s most attractive locations, some of its richest history and some of its most charming communities.

“Our new North Midlands division will allow us to dedicate additional resource to our efforts in this region, with the aim of ensuring the continual success of our developments here."
