Cogress invests £35m across 11 development projects

Cogress UK has invested over £35m of equity in 11 UK development projects with a combined gross development value of over £200m during 2017.

The open equity property firm has facilitated more than £150m of equity over 47 developments since launching in June 2014.

Cogress’s growth has seen its community of qualified investors expand to 6,000 members, while the office staff has risen from six employees at inception to 30.

“Cogress UK experienced a year of tremendous growth in all areas, including geographic expansion, equity raised, investor base and number of employees,” said Tal Orly, founder and CEO of Cogress (pictured above).

The firm offers access to multi-million-pound property investment opportunities usually reserved for larger investors and enables its network to become involved in projects with a minimum investment of £20,000.

“Since launching, we’ve had amazing opportunities to work with leading developers such as Global Acquisitions Group and Bellis Homes to unlock the best possible investor opportunities in London and the UK,” added Tal.

“It’s been an amazing 12 months and the accomplishments have set the foundations for an even better 2018.”
