The scheme at 100 Avebury Boulevard is set to provide the area with 140,000 sq ft of category A accommodation over eight floors in addition to retail space.
The building will feature a 10m-high reception area and large floorplates between 10,000 and 24,000 sq ft.
The scheme will also include a landscaped garden and public plaza at the front of the building.
