The plans – which have been submitted to Bristol City Council – would see the site of the old Ashton Gate Brewery and Thomas Baynton’s Brewery in Southville transformed into homes as well as 2,000m² of co-working space and retail units.

The Old Brewery development (pictured above) will include two apartment blocks consisting of seven and eight floors providing market and affordable housing and offering a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as two three-bedroom houses.

The plans are being proposed by the Old Brewery MCC LLP, a joint venture between Change Real Estate and Cannon Family Office.
