The principal lender worked with Neil Harris of Pioneer on the deal to support the conversion of the existing duplex flat into two, two-bedroom flats, including a loft conversion and roof terrace.
The properties are situated in a high-value residential area in Hampton Hill, south-west London.
The borrower Adam Saword was the leaseholder of the property and in order for the transaction to go through successfully, he needed to obtain licences from the freeholder.
Neil said that this was the eighth deal he had arranged with Avamore.
