The development finance lender has hired Nick White (pictured above, right) and Nikos Yerolemou (left) for the newly created roles as it looks to accelerate the growth of its loan book and expand its geographical reach.
Nick joins from Housing Growth Partnership, where he was an investment manager focusing on equity joint ventures with SME residential developers.
Nikos rejoins Fortwell from Deutsche Finance International, where he was responsible for underwriting acquisitions and asset management.
In their new roles, they will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing and managing new debt finance opportunities across multiple sectors, with a focus on high-leverage residential development projects.
The appointment of the duo follows the announcement of Fortwell’s new partnership with Cain International in August.
Fortwell Capital has lent over £1.2bn since it was established in 2011.
