The Scottish housebuilder has promoted Dave Main (pictured above, second left) to managing director for the North of Scotland, while Peter Matthews (right) has been named as its new managing director for central Scotland.
Peter joins from Keepmoat Homes, where he served as regional managing director.
This comes as Springfield focuses on geographic expansion and progressing the development of its five village sites.
The new managing directors will help to accelerate the geographic expansion by providing a regional sales focus and increasing operational efficiency.
