It has secured funding from OakNorth and Ask Partners to acquire an 86,000 sq ft warehouse, as well as 470 car parking spaces.
Following the acquisition, it plans to develop a mixed-use scheme comprising of one-, two- and three-bedroom accommodation as well as various commercial units, if planning is granted.
The site is close to various transport links, including Cricklewood station, which offers direct Thameslink services to King’s Cross and Farringdon station.

“Having worked with ASK Partners on several transactions in the past, we were confident that we’d be able to complete the deal in the timeframe Montreaux needed to apply for planning permission,” said Hemesh Patel, property finance director at OakNorth.
