The purchase will support the regeneration specialist’s strategy to target growth in regions around the country to increase new home supply.
STG — which is based in Yorkshire and the North West — delivered over 500 new homes in the year to September 2018.
It currently has 23 live sites and its management team and staff will remain in place.
STG will begin trading as Galliford Try Partnerships Yorkshire from 1st July 2019.
