The Access442 development at Hadley Park, Telford — which aims to attract jobs and investment to the area — will provide 63,000 sq ft of light industrial space, with 26 units being built on land fronting the A442 Queensway.
The units will be available for lease or sale with the first phase expected to be completed in Q1 2020.
The developer purchased the five-acre site from the Homes and Communities Agency and Telford & Wrekin Council and has built several projects in Telford on behalf of Telford & Wrekin Council.
