40:40 Link comprises three steel-framed buildings which will be sub-divided to create 10 units totalling around 91,200 sq ft which will be available freehold or leasehold.
Demolition of existing buildings on the brownfield site in High Wycombe has been completed and construction has recently begun with practical completion expected in early 2020.

“With the demolition of the existing buildings on the site now complete, we are looking forward to starting construction shortly and reaching practical completion in Q1 next year,” said Keir Edmonds, managing director at MCS Group.
