Matthew will be responsible for growing the business at group level, along with working within the structured finance arm.
He has joined from Coreco Group, where he was a partner.
Prior to that, his roles have included advising at First Financial Intermediaries and First Wealth, in addition to serving as a financial adviser at Barclays.
Matthew has specialised in high-net-worth finance packages, commercial, development, bridging and international finance for developers during his 14 years in the finance industry.

Arc & Co is set to continue growing the team at both a senior and junior level.
