CrowdProperty surpasses £50m in lending



CrowdProperty has exceeded £50m in lending to SME property professionals and funded the development of more than £120m of property.


As a result, these transactions by the specialist P2P lender has enabled over £40m of spend on labour, materials and services in the UK economy, and funded the construction of 700 homes.
