In his new role, he will focus on people development, training and cross-function collaboration with the sales and operations team to further develop BFS’s construction finance offering.
Jim — who has over 26 years of experience in financial services — joined BFS from Yorkshire Bank in 2011 as the head of sales for the West Midlands and was instrumental in the opening of BFS’s West Midlands Business Centre in 2014.
He has recently led its export finance team as managing director.
