Lee Francis — who has over 20 years of experience in the corporate banking sector and held senior positions at Santander and Clydesdale Bank — will cover London and the South East.
Paul King — who has held senior roles at both RBS and JLL Debt Advisory — will join the team in the Midlands.
Tony Kear will cover the south Wales and Bristol regions, having previously held senior positions at RBS and Barclays as a regional head of healthcare and, most recently, as corporate banking manager at Handelsbanken.

Originally from Australia, Lucie Martin — who has held various positions at the National Australia Bank, BNP Paribas, Westpac and Allied Irish Bank — will focus on businesses across Scotland.
Jon Pike — who joins from Santander — will be based in Exeter and focus on developing the business in the South West and on a wider stage as a key member of the national care home team.
