Last year, the development and investment company secured outline planning consent at Redlands Farm, Wanborough, for 370 dwellings, including 74 affordable homes, as part of the New Eastern Villages urban extension.
Construction is expected to start later this year.
The development will deliver a primary school and local shop, as well as contribute towards health care and community and sports facilities; with a £3.44m contribution for local highway improvements.

Martin Cartwright, group director at Barberry, said: “…The New Eastern Villages urban extension [will] bring a much-needed boost to the shortfall in Swindon’s housing supply, delivering a range of affordable and market housing.
“The NEV has been a cornerstone of the borough council’s adopted plan, and the recent closure of the airfield at Redlands, in anticipation of the development commencing, has been testament to the authority’s vision.”
