The two-bedroom show home is designed by specialists JMI Studio and is located on the 11th floor.

The show apartment is inspired by the nature of Battersea Park, using a colour palette of earth tones, such as chestnut brown, dove grey and steel blue.
It is available to view by appointment only.
This is part of Avanton’s £260m GDV mixed-use development on York Road, which will provide 130 private-sale apartments in a 90-metres tall tower.
