Phase two of the PBSA scheme in Salford Quays has a construction value in excess of £30m.
It will offer 457 student beds, extra communal and lounge spaces, and will double the facility’s footprint with an additional 14,200m2 of living space.
Work for the 15-storey building will begin in Q3 of 2020, with completion due two years later.

The specialists in high-volume accommodation will complete phase one of the PBSA scheme this month (September), when it will welcome its first guests.
It comprises a 75%/25% split between club suites and shared apartments, with 402 student bedrooms over 14,500m2.
