ASK Partners provides £20m for Chiswick mixed-use development

Specialist real estate funder ASK Partners has completed a £20m facility against a 1.3-acre site in Chiswick, south west London.

The area is to be developed by Great Marlborough Estates into a mixed-use scheme.

The freehold site has been bought with planning for 137 units and approximately 9,000 sq ft of retail accommodation.

The development overlooks Chiswick High Road and is a short walk from Chiswick Park underground station.

“We look forward to proceeding with the development of this exciting scheme,” said Grant Lipton, director at Great Marlborough Estates.

Daniel Austin, CEO at ASK Partners, commented: “This is a great development site in a very strong location which we were very happy to help fund.

“We look forward to working together again on future projects.

“This is our second completed transaction in two weeks; an encouraging sign in the current market, but also a reflection of our flexible capital base and the diverse range of funding models we are able to offer.”
