Avamore grows team of relationship managers

Avamore Capital has hired Danielle Evans (pictured above) as its fourth relationship manager.

She brings 11 years of experience in lending, having held BDM roles at Precise Mortgages, Aldermore Bank, and Coventry Building Society.

Based in Leicestershire, Danielle will be developing the Avamore brand further among intermediaries in the east Midlands.

Her time will be spent promoting Avamore’s core products: refurbishment, finish and exit, and residential bridging.

“Avamore is a forward thinking, dynamic team with innovative products,” she said.

“I am most looking forward to making an impact on the growth of the business and adding value to the team through my previous experience and relationships.

“By having access to Avamore’s broad range of loans, I am excited to be able to deliver products that can make a true impact to my network.”

This year, Avamore has hired two new originators and two new underwriters.

Despite market challenges, the specialist lender has seen through every planned hire for 2020 and remains on track to complete similar deal volumes to 2019 — its most successful year to date.

Amit Majithia, principal at Avamore Capital, added: “The strength and depth of [Danielle’s] relationships — particularly in areas where Avamore has not historically had a strong presence — will be invaluable to the company.

“We have ambitious lending targets and Danielle will play a crucial role in helping us to meet them.

“Danielle truly has a people-focused approach, and her personal ethos and attitude reflects exactly what we want to portray in the market — being customer-focused and solution driven in whatever we do.”

Avamore Capital lends in southern and central England and has a northern boundary of Greater Manchester, Leeds, York and Harrogate.

The lender noted that Danielle’s hire does not reflect a change in Avamore’s geographical targets, but is focused on developing dedicated and enhanced service levels for brokers outside of southern England.
