The £20m GDV development will offer 56 one- and two-bedroom apartments, engineered at the Impact modular factory in Peterborough, and then delivered to site.

To align with Impact Capital Group’s values, the plans aspire to exceed the sustainability requirements under building regulations by 100%.

Through the proposed design, the building will incorporate the use of solar energy generation, water harvesting, home automation, radiant heating, and intelligent-use systems. 

In addition, the scheme will feature charging points for electric cars installed within the parking areas, and bicycle sheds to encourage sustainable means of travel.  

The development is said to see an estimated 20- 40% carbon footprint reduction over traditional build.
