The £20m GDV development will offer 56 one- and two-bedroom apartments, engineered at the Impact modular factory in Peterborough, and then delivered to site.
To align with Impact Capital Group’s values, the plans aspire to exceed the sustainability requirements under building regulations by 100%.

Through the proposed design, the building will incorporate the use of solar energy generation, water harvesting, home automation, radiant heating, and intelligent-use systems.
In addition, the scheme will feature charging points for electric cars installed within the parking areas, and bicycle sheds to encourage sustainable means of travel.
The development is said to see an estimated 20- 40% carbon footprint reduction over traditional build.
Robert Whitton, founder and chairman of Impact Capital Group, said: “We have embarked on this project because we hope to bring something truly unique to the local community.
“Our plans propose the very latest high quality modular housing design, which is innovative in both its aesthetic, as well as in its sustainable and smart performance.
“If our application is approved, this emerging neighbourhood will not only provide much needed homes for key local residents, but it will transform this abandoned site into an aspirational and innovative residential neighbourhood for families, couples, and individuals wanting to make Sevenoaks their home.”
