“Having previously worked with Blane [Perrotton, founder and managing director of Pride IMS] in the past, I look forward to coming on board and the promising times ahead,” said Ryan.
“This is an incredibly exciting time for the business, and I am pleased to be part of it.”
Blane added that it was a “huge win” for Pride IMS to have Ryan join the team.
“He is considered in the highest regard by both development lenders and developers.
“Having previously worked with Ryan, I know that he exhibits all the key qualities that are the differentiators of a Pride IMS surveyor.”
The boutique consultancy launched in July 2020, and has proactively steered away from the multi-disciplinary approach of other firms to focus solely on project monitoring.
