In his new role as head of residential development, Andy will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and expansion of the product base.
He joins from Secure Trust Bank, where he was head of real estate finance for the Midlands and South division.
Before that, he worked at Santander, Lloyds and HBOS.

To date, the development lending team has focused on supporting customers who operate in the residential and student accommodation sectors.
The lender is working on expanding its product offering further into the development of other asset classes.
