Ringley Group hires new director for Wales

Residential property consultancy Ringley Group has appointed Anthony Kingdon (pictured above) as a director to head up its operations in Wales.

He will be working across Ringley’s offices in London and Cardiff and will report directly to Mary-Anne Bowring, the company’s group managing director and founder.

In his new role, Anthony will be responsible for working with new and existing clients to provide a high quality level of service in property management.

He will play a leading role across Ringley’s portfolio in Wales, including The Century Wharf Estate building, a 906-apartment right-to manage (RTM) property in Cardiff Bay, as well as its second RTM building comprising 982 apartments in the same location.

He will also be in charge of looking after Ringley’s BTR operations in Cardiff.

Anthony joins the company from Xenia Estates, a specialist student and residential block management company, where he was operations director for more than two years.

Prior to this, he held positions at Scanlans Property Management LLP and Mainstay Residential.

“I’ve been aware of Ringley for many years now, having previously worked with Mary-Anne in one of my previous roles,” said Anthony.

“I’m really excited to be working with the established team at Ringley going forward and with its industry leading bespoke property management software.

“Its openness and transparent approach to block management services is excellent and I look forward to working with new and existing clients across the UK — mainly in Cardiff and Coventry.”

Mary-Anne added: “Anthony’s specialist experience in property management will play a vital role in expanding our operations across Wales.

“He will bring significant knowledge and expertise to our growing team.”
