In his new role, he will work closely with the firm’s CEO Chris Bone, US managing director Janet Stephenson, and Markus Cosmann, who heads up Modulous’ European operations.
Jason will play a key role in supporting the company’s growth, as Modulous prepares to close its Series A funding round and launch its proprietary software tool that will enable the global delivery of sustainable and affordable homes at pace and scale.
Prior to joining Modulous in 2021, Jason held senior roles at various companies, including Nominet UK and Microsoft.
“I am delighted to be taking on this key role in what is a landmark year for Modulous,” said Jason.

“With the first affordable homes project employing our Kit of Parts design product due to break ground this spring, and our software entering beta testing, we are seeing our ambition to address the global housing crisis through the unique pairing of physical and digital technologies come to fruition.”
Chris added: “Jason is perfectly placed to oversee the core corporate functions at Modulous as we continue to scale at pace.
“The market traction we have built puts us on a firm footing for further growth, and Jason is exceptionally qualified to take on this new role.”
Jason’s promotion follows Modulous’ rapid growth from 14 members of staff to over 50 within the past 12 months, and its expansion into key European and US markets.
