In her new role, Emma — who joined the company in 2018 as a senior originator — will be looking after an extensive portfolio of customers, and will be responsible for growing new lending relationships.
Meanwhile, Matt — who was previously the lender’s head of deal origination — will continue to source and manage relationships with new and repeat borrowers, in addition to playing a larger role in shaping the strategic direction of the business under the leadership of Maslow Capital’s co-founder and CEO Ellis Sher.
Throughout their careers at Maslow Capital, both of them have played a significant part in the lender’s overall growth.
