In her new role, she will be responsible for managing the sales activity and staff across four of the housebuilder’s developments in Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, and Worcestershire.
Sarah’s key responsibilities at Hayfield will include researching pricing strategies, managing development launches, working alongside the in-house marketing department, and recruiting, training, and motivating the onsite sales teams.
Sarah, who has over 20 years of experience working in the development industry, joins Hayfield from Connells Group, where she was a new homes area sales manager.
Prior to that, she was a property consultant for The Agents Property Consultants.
Sarah takes over the role from Harriet Dickson, who was promoted to head of customer care.
“I am delighted to be joining such a dynamic housebuilding business that puts the environment and its customers first,” said Sarah.

“The investment that has been made in the brand, product design, and eco-efficient specification is paying dividends, because house hunters aren’t just looking at the standard metrics — they want to buy a Hayfield.
“The future for this business is very exciting and I am so pleased to join the team.”
Shelley West, regional sales director at Hayfield, added: “Despite the challenges brought about by the global pandemic, Hayfield has performed exceptionally well over the past few years and managed to double turnover to close to £100m in 2021.
“With energy prices continuing to rise, our zero-carbon-ready homes are in high demand across middle England.
“Over the next few weeks, we will be launching our second project in Hallow, Worcestershire, which will be the sister development to the hugely popular Hayfield Meadow scheme that was completed in 2019.
“Sarah’s knowledge of selling new homes in this region will be really valuable, and her considerable experience and expertise will be a fantastic asset to our growing team.”
In addition to the Worcestershire scheme, Hayfield is also set to launch two new development projects in Little Kimble, Buckinghamshire and West Lavington, Wiltshire.
The firm — which has nine live sites, where over 400 new homes are currently under construction - in prime edge of town and semi-rural locations — aims to achieve a turnover of £150m in 2022.
