In his new role, he will be responsible for forging commercial relationships with Modulous’ target partners at every tier — including councils, housing associations, private developers, construction advisors, consultants, and contractors — and will help grow the company’s project pipeline.
Chris, who has 20 years of industry experience, joins Modulous from Claritas Group, where he headed up the firm’s MMC arm, Claritas Four Zero.
Prior to this, he held roles at Mace Group, Lendlease and Places for People.
Commenting on his appointment, Chris said: “With the urgent need for more homes, more and more businesses will be looking for tech-enabled solutions that provide the means to deliver high-quality homes that produce less waste and cut levels of embodied carbon.
