Both of them will report to the bank’s commercial director for development finance, Neil Leitch.

Rob has over 10 years of experience in providing specialist finance to SME housebuilders across Greater London, South East, South West, East Midlands and East Anglia.

He joins HTB from United Trust Bank, where he worked for six years in various roles, most recently as a senior manager within the property development team.

Prior to this, he was a restructuring manager at Dunbar Assets/Zurich Insurance and spent 10 years at Singer and Friedlander Limited.

Meanwhile, Jason joins the bank from Paragon Development Finance, where he was a relationship director for two years, specialising in residential development loans between £1m-£25m.

Throughout his career, he also held roles at Alternative Bridging Corporation and RBS/NatWest Group.
