Daniel Cresswell has moved up to the role of relationship manager, responsible for handling a number of client accounts, as well as for developing new business.
Since joining Paragon in 2016 as an assistant portfolio manager, Daniel has developed his career at the bank over the subsequent years, becoming a senior portfolio manager in October 2020.
“This is a great move for me and I’m looking forward to working with clients, helping to deliver much-needed new housing in the UK,” said Daniel.

Meanwhile, Andrew Kyprianides has moved to being director of credit and operations.

“I’m delighted that Daniel is stepping up to this role, as he’s ready for the next stage in his career and to take direct management of client accounts, as well as growing the business.
“I’m also pleased to see Andrew heading our credit and operations team, plus Jess, Megan and Lilly also move up the career ladder — they have progressed well since joining us last year.”
