In her new role based in the firm’s London office, she will help transform the lender’s portfolio management department by implementing a range of new systems and processes to enhance control and efficiency.

She will also play a key role in the research, analysis and development of new strategy and product ideas to complement Blend’s existing proposition.

Claire, who has over 25 years of industry experience, joins Blend from Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB), where she previously worked as head of portfolio management within the development finance division.

Prior to that, she worked at Barclays and Heritable Bank.
