Following the acquisition, all of Aston Rose’s people will move to Rapley’s London office in January 2023.
The company will retain its brand, but change its name to ‘Aston Rose, part of Rapleys’.
While the business will report to Rapley’s managing partner Justin Tuckwell and senior partner Robert Clarke, the day-to-day structure and client teams will remain the same.
According to the firm, this is the biggest single expansion in Rapley’s 72-year history.
This follows the acquisition of CSJ in October, and the property consultancy’s rebranding and relaunch in November.
Commenting on the deal, Justin said the team was delighted to have Aston Rose on board.
“Bringing in Aston Rose to the Rapleys business is in line with our strategic growth plan to offer our clients best-in-class advice, and our commitment to invest in people, infrastructure and rewards.

“We share similar values, and our two companies are well-positioned to work together to offer clients genuine added value advice.
“Aston Rose is an incredibly well-respected firm with expertise across landlord asset management, advisory and building consultancy in particular.
“Its addition provides even greater strength and depth to our existing team of experts servicing landlords, and further increases our retail and leisure industry offer.”
Robert added: “In a fast-changing world, we know that having the best people working together is key to both the success of our clients and to our own business.
“We will continue to look at strategic opportunities to grow in the future and we look forward to a very bright future.”
John Williams, director at Aston Rose, part of Rapleys, stated: “This move is in line with our mission to continue to grow and offer our clients best-in-class and added value advice.
“By joining Rapleys, we benefit from their strategic growth plan and committed investment into people and infrastructure, while our clients can access wider services from its broader value proposition, their wide range of industries, and regional presence across the UK.
“We share the same people-first, collaborative culture and mission to deliver exceptional client service.
“We are excited to be working together and look forward to further growth and opportunities as a combined business going forward.”
