In his new role, he will be responsible for raising new capital for the lender’s funds, SMAs and co-investments, as well as creating and managing new investor relations.
He will work alongside Pluto’s head of investor relations, Robert Swift.
Matteo brings significant experience to the role, having spent over eight years in a real estate capital advisory firm focused on raising capital for funds, joint ventures, club deals and co-investments in the UK, Europe, and the US.
Commenting on his appointment, Matteo he was delighted to join the Pluto team.

“The company has a strong track record and has now lent around £3bn over 300 loans with very good performance throughout its various funds.
“Pluto plays a primary role in the real estate lending market in the UK, and I am excited to be a part of it.”
Robert added: “Matteo brings with him a wealth of experience in real estate capital; he will be an asset to the team.
