HBF gives Hayfield five-star rating

Hayfield has been awarded a five-star customer satisfaction rating by the Home Builders Federation (HBF), following feedback collected in its independent study.

The HBF scheme establishes customer satisfaction levels with the buying experience and the quality of the finished home.

Star ratings are calculated on the number of customers who would recommend their housebuilder to friends, with a five-star rating requiring 90% or above stating ‘yes’.

Andy Morris, managing director of Hayfield, said: “We take great pride in building high quality, beautiful and future-proofed homes, but that frankly means nothing if our customers don't love them as much as we do, so we're truly delighted to have achieved a prestigious five-star rating in the HBF’s star-rating scheme.

“This is a firm seal of approval from our customers — the people we strive and innovate for — and reflects what they think of the Hayfield homebuying experience from start to finish.

“This is a special moment for everyone at Hayfield and proves that customers want to see more eco homes built, which is what we need to help the UK reach net zero.”

All new Hayfield homes are zero carbon ready and include innovative solutions installed as standard, such as solar PV panels, air-source heat pumps, increased insulation, underfloor heating, water efficiency measures and electric vehicle charge points.
