Following this, the three warehouses currently on site will be demolished for the construction of the new residential building, Vaux at Naylor Street.
The scheme will comprise 31 one-bed, 28 two-bed, and three three-bedroom apartments — ranging from 500 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft —available for private sale or rent, with prices ranging from £168,000 to £309,750.
All residents will have access to a roof terrace, as well as 27 parking spaces, three EV charging bays and 84 cycle stands.

The project will also include two commercial units totalling 3,800 sq ft, which are being reserved for use as shops, offices, or a restaurant.
SNOW Architects have planned the development, while BCA Landscape is the landscape architect for the scheme, and Croft Transport Solutions will advise on travel.
Mitch Walsh, CEO at IPG, commented: “We’re extremely happy to bring this new development to the market.
“The planning for this project [is] taking us a huge step forward in our 1,000-unit milestone by the end of 2024.
“As the community rallies behind these developments, we hope to see Liverpool’s vibrant flare enrich the lives of the tenants we build for.”
