Vistry Group sees continued demand for mixed-tenure housing

Vistry Group has revealed a raft of new development opportunities to be delivered under its Countryside Partnerships brand — while highlighting in-demand categories of development.

Since its move to a full partnerships model announced by the company in September 2023, Vistry is making good progress by focusing its operations on a high growth asset-light partnerships model across its 27 regional businesses.

Vistry continues to see strong demand for affordable housing and a notable increase in demand from PRS providers from Q4 2023.

Stephen Teagle, CEO at Countryside Partnerships, said: “[Our] latest developments reflect the strength and resilience of our partnerships model across the UK and the continued demand for high-quality, affordable housing across a mix of tenures.

“This is a great start to the year, and we look forward to delivering much-needed new homes and positive, long-lasting benefits to the communities in which we work in collaboration with our valued partners.”

Greg Fitzgerald, CEO at Vistry Group, said: "Looking ahead, working with our highly valued partners, we are committed to increasing the delivery of much needed homes across the country and in the fourth quarter have continued to secure exciting new developments that reflect our high return, asset-light partnerships model.”
