Florian joins from London-based finance boutique, Alvarium Investments, where he focussed on capital raising for UK and pan-European real estate strategies, and the structuring and execution of equity real estate credit investments.

In his new role, Florian will work alongside current associate directors Nick White and Nikos Yerolemou, to source, underwrite, execute and manage new debt financing opportunities across all property sectors and UK regions.

Fortwell aims to accelerate its growth by unlocking more funding opportunities with experienced investors and developers of commercial, residential and alternative real estate, across the entire UK.

Arthur Jennings, managing director at Fortwell Capital, said that the team was impressed by Florian’s track record across the capital stack.
