Situated on a derelict site overlooking the Kingston Bridge, City Wharf will feature nearly 500 one-, two- and three-bedroom energy efficient homes for rent and 490 student bedspaces alongside units for commercial use.
Designed by architects, Manson, the ground and first floors will include associated amenities such as a cycle hub, large open plan gym, residents lounge, and co-working spaces with views onto the River Clyde.

The development will also feature a new urban park for use by residents and the wider local community.
