Vistry clinched the deal along with partners Hill, but other suppliers appointed to the framework include Thakeham, E G Carter, Feltham Construction, Amiri Construction and C G Fry and Sons.
SNG comprises Sovereign and Network Homes — two major players who merged last year to form the new partnership which has a target to build 2,500 new homes by 2027.
Vistry is already working with Sovereign on various developments across the business.
Stephen Teagle, CEO for partnerships and regeneration at Vistry, said: “We are delighted to have been selected by SNG as one of the partners on its housing framework to deliver more than 3,000 new homes over the next four years.
“This is a great reflection of our proven track record of high quality, mixed-tenure housing delivery and the successful creation of sustainable long-term communities for people to call home.”
