St. Modwen Logistics welcomes new director

St. Modwen Logistics, a logistics developer and manager, has appointed Adam Haley (pictured above) to role of director in its portfolio and asset management team.

Adam joins St. Modwen Logistics from SEGRO, where he was responsible for the management of the firm’s national markets portfolio.

He played a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality logistics parks in line with customers’ evolving warehousing requirements, including the shift toward more sustainable logistics assets.

Working with Gordon Kellie, head of portfolio, Adam will improve and expand the company’s customer relationships and ensure their requirements are met through the development and acquisition of best-in-class sustainable warehousing.

He will also be pivotal in driving collaboration across the firm to optimise the delivery of asset management and customer engagement initiatives, providing ongoing support for St. Modwen Logistics’ customers as they seek to drive greater efficiencies and achieve more sustainable operations through their use of space.

Commenting on his appointment, Adam said: “High quality sustainable warehousing is an increasingly important tool in the arsenal of occupiers seeking to advance their own net zero goals and facilitate the sustainable expansion of their business.

“St. Modwen Logistics is rightly recognised as a leader in the nationwide provision of space for industrial and logistics occupiers of all sizes.

“This new role presents the exciting opportunity to work with an extremely talented team to bolster the firm’s track record of developing and managing a portfolio of warehousing aligned to customer needs.”

Gordon added: “Adam’s appointment will accelerate the growth of our portfolio and cement our position as one of the UK’s leading owners and developers of logistics stock.

“As the business undergoes a period of transition, Adam’s experience in driving cross-team collaboration and delivering outstanding value for customers will be of huge benefit to the team.”
