A CGI concept of the development

Vistry signs £157m residential deal

Vistry Group has been selected to construct a residential development project worth £157m.

The developer has been selected by Sovereign Network Group for the development at Merrick Place in Ealing.

This project will create 575 new mixed-tenure homes and include commercial floorspace across four separate buildings. Some of these residential units will be affordable homes for rent, shared ownership and PRS.

A car-free zone, this will feature 926 designated spaces for bicycle parking and two dedicated servicing bays.

“Not only are we bringing forward 575 much?needed new mixed?tenure homes for the local community, but the scheme is also facilitating new job and apprenticeship opportunities for local residents,” said Greg Fitzgerald, CEO at Vistry Group.

“We are proud to be playing a key part in the innovative ambitions for the transformational regeneration of Ealing and to extend our work with the newly merged Sovereign Network Group."

David Gooch, executive director development for London and Hertfordshire at Sovereign Network Group, described Merrick Place as a “flagship” scheme within the group’s London New Homes programme.

He added: “We are delighted to have contracted with Countryside Partnerships who are also our Joint Venture Partner at Northwick Park Hospital in Brent. Together, these two projects will deliver over 1,100 high quality new homes in North West London."
