Sigma Reports growth period from 2023 to H1 2024



Sigma Capital has reported a period of growth from 2023 into H1 2024.


The firm said it has completed over 8,000 homes since launching its single-family rental model, while around 4,000 continue under construction.

Since 2023, the company has also acquired a further 31 new developments, bringing over 2,200 new homes to the rental market.

Sigma said, 10 new regional sites and four new London sites have launched to market for first applications or taken first handovers in Q1 2024.

Sigma currently has a BTR pipeline of over £3bn across all regions after securing deals over the past year, such as a Vistry framework to deliver 5,000 homes over five years, the acquisition of 306 new homes across sites with Avant Homes in the North East, Yorkshire and East Midlands regions, as well as being selected to deliver 272 homes in Manchester.
