Due to be built on Malago Road, Bedminister in Bristol, this development represents one of the final projects of the Bedminster Green regeneration area. Two years of negotiations with the council have preceded this.
The developments will range from six to ten storeys and be built on a disused brownfield site. A new public space will be included in the development, along with storage for 130 bikes, on-site parking, EV charging and improvements to highway infrastructure.
The scheme will target a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and WiredScore ‘Gold’ with strong connectivity for students, in addition to an EPC rating of B.
