In his new role, Anthony will lead development and land transactions, advising clients across living sectors.
These will include working with clients in all tenures of residential, senior living, PBSA, and co-living.
Anthony will report to David Haynes, head of UK specialist markets at Cushman & Wakefield.

“Anthony is a highly accomplished specialist who joins at a time of significant expansion, both within the living team at Cushman & Wakefield, as well as the wider sector,” said David.
“Anthony will work with our teams supporting clients on the repurposing of assets and help clients dispose of land and buildings to capitalise on the strengths of the living sector.”
Anthony joins the real estate services firm from independent property consultancy Allsop.
There, he spent 14 years in the residential transactional and living markets team.
