The Pilgrims Chase scheme in Harlington is being developed by Redrow South Midlands.

All homes on the site have been designed with low carbon technology, and incorporate cost-saving measures aimed at allowing owners to mitigate their bills — each unit will feature an air source bump and underfloor heating as standard.

Prices start from £525,000 and are available to reserve now. All units will be completed between winter 2026 and spring 2027.

Two show rooms have been opened on the site — the Leamington Lifestyle and Richmond show rooms — these are three and four bedrooms, respectively.
