Fisher German boosts Midlands team

Fisher German has boosted its Midlands team with a double surveyor hire.

Phoebe Clarke (pictured above, right) and Max Fellows have joined the firm’s offices in Newark and Birmingham, respectively.

Phoebe joins as a senior associate after eight years with Savills [ET1] in Norwich, London and Nottingham.

She will be tasked with sealing residential development deals throughout the east Midlands and south Yorkshire.

Max, who recently graduated from Reading University and worked for JLL in the city, will work alongside Fisher German partner as a senior surveyor.

He will work on new development opportunities in the Midlands and bolster relationships with existing clients.

“We’re delighted to be welcoming Phoebe and Max to the team at Fisher German,” said Luke Brafield, partner at Fisher German (pictured above, left).

“The pair bring extensive experience and contacts with them, and we’re confident they will play an important role in delivering major residential developments across the Midlands.”

Phoebe added: “The East Midlands land market has proven to be more resilient compared to other parts of the country, and therefore demand for opportunities of all sizes has remained strong.

“With the likelihood that the delivery of housing will be high on the political agenda, I’m confident I can use my expertise and my strong network to secure the deals that will ensure the homes the area needs are built.”

Max felt likewise, and said: “It’s great to be joining the firm at a time where the team is really focused on growth, and I’m really looking forward to being a part of that over the coming years.”
